Mid-Week Adult Education

Join us on Wednesday evenings for our midweek bible study. We're studying The Book of Acts. All classes meet in the Graydon Room. Visitors and newcomers are welcome! The Book of Acts, which was written by the evangelist Luke, narrates the spread of early Christianity under the leadership of the twelve apostles. It consists of many fascinating stories of how people like Paul and Peter overcame enormous odds to spread the gospel. We have much to learn from this book regarding the power of the Holy Spirit in our lives, and how faith enables us to persevere in the face of difficult challenges.
We will also examine how the Christian faith could have been changed beyond recognition by a number of alternative views. However, through God’s providence, the true gospel was preserved for all generations since that time. Please join us for a fascinating study of faith, and the power of God in our lives and in the world.
